Terms of Service for RAIgence Growth OS

RAIgence Growth OS is operated by RAIgence.AI. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Service
RAIgence Growth OS supports governed content planning, asset review, channel preparation, human approvals, workflow records, and performance learning for businesses and authorized creators.
2. TikTok connection, draft upload and Sandbox Direct Post
A user may connect their own TikTok account through TikTok Login Kit when that feature is available and authorized. The current Live integration treats user.info.basic as the baseline Login Kit authorization and presents only a neutral connected-account state. It does not call /v2/user/info/ or use Display API profile retrieval. It does not fetch or display a TikTok display name or avatar.
When the Upload to TikTok feature is available and authorized, the service may use video.upload to transfer a user-approved video draft. The user receives a TikTok inbox notification and completes editing and publishing inside TikTok.
The service does not access private messages and does not request follower statistics or a list of the user's TikTok videos.
A separate Sandbox review workflow requests video.publish for Direct Post. This feature is not available in the Live integration, and TikTok has not approved public Direct Post for this revision.
Within an enabled and authorized Sandbox session, you may connect your own test TikTok account and approve one exact original video for a private Direct Post. Before transfer, you must review the destination account, video, caption, privacy, interactions and applicable content disclosures and expressly authorize that post. Changes require renewed consent. Processing may take time; transfer acceptance does not confirm publication. Current TikTok testing restrictions apply, including a private account and private viewing. Platform approval does not replace the account owner's authorization.
3. User responsibilities
Users must own or have permission to use the accounts, identities, voices, images, music, video, claims, and other material they provide. Users may not impersonate others, violate platform rules, bypass permissions, use the service for spam or fraud, or upload unlawful or unauthorized material.
4. Human approval
Users are responsible for reviewing content, disclosures, destinations, and account selections before an external action. An approval applies only to the exact asset and action reviewed.
5. No guaranteed results
RAIgence.AI does not guarantee platform approval, publication, views, followers, leads, revenue, sales, health outcomes, financial outcomes, or any specific result.
6. Third-party platforms
Use of TikTok and other connected services remains subject to their own terms, developer policies, privacy policies, availability, and enforcement decisions.
7. Data and authorization
RAIgence Growth OS does not ask for a user's TikTok password. Users may revoke platform authorization through the platform or request disconnection and deletion through RAIgence.AI.
8. Intellectual property
RAIgence.AI retains rights in its software, workflows, designs, documentation, and systems. Users retain rights in material they lawfully provide, subject to the permissions needed to operate the requested workflow.
9. Service changes
Features may change because of product, security, legal, or third-party platform requirements. These Terms may be updated by changing the effective date and published text.
10. Limitation of liability
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. RAIgence.AI is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from third-party platform changes, user content, account decisions, or reliance on informational recommendations.
