Privacy Policy for RAIgence Growth OS

This Policy explains how RAIgence.AI handles information when a user accesses RAIgence Growth OS or authorizes a supported third-party platform connection.
1. Controller and contact
RAIgence Growth OS is operated by RAIgence.AI. Privacy and deletion requests may be sent to [email protected].
2. Information provided by the user
We may receive name, email, business or brand information, support requests, content assets, workflow preferences, approvals, and records necessary to provide the requested service.
3. TikTok information
If the TikTok connection feature is implemented and authorized, RAIgence Growth OS may process the authorization result needed to maintain the connection, such as a platform-generated connection identifier, granted-scope status, and token-lifecycle metadata. The current Live integration is limited to TikTok Login Kit authorization with the baseline user.info.basic scope and presents a neutral connected-account state. It does not call /v2/user/info/ or use Display API profile retrieval. It does not fetch or display a TikTok display name or avatar.
When a user approves an Upload to TikTok action and the feature is available and authorized, the service may process the selected video, upload metadata, transfer status, and identifiers needed to use video.upload. The user completes editing and publishing inside TikTok.
RAIgence Growth OS does not collect a user's TikTok password, access private messages, request follower statistics, request a list of the user's TikTok videos.
A separate Sandbox review workflow requests video.publish for Direct Post. This feature is not available in the Live integration, and TikTok has not approved public Direct Post for this revision.
For an enabled and authorized Sandbox Direct Post connection, Growth OS processes the platform authorization result, granted scopes, access and refresh credentials, the current creator username, nickname and account-specific posting options from TikTok Creator Info, the original video selected by you, its integrity hash, caption, privacy, interactions, disclosures, your exact-post consent, and processing status needed to perform and recover the authorized post. Credentials and recoverable creator context are encrypted on the server. Operational receipts exclude credentials, captions, upload URLs and raw provider handles.
4. Authorization credentials
If a platform connection is implemented and authorized, access tokens and refresh tokens must be stored server-side with access controls. They are used only for the authorized feature, refresh, revocation, disconnection, security, and audit needs. Tokens are not placed in public source code, public browser storage, screenshots, or public logs.
5. Purposes
Information may be used to maintain an authorized connection, provide content-review and draft-upload workflows, maintain approvals and audit records, prevent duplicate or unauthorized actions, provide support, improve security, and comply with applicable obligations.
6. Sharing
RAIgence.AI does not sell TikTok user data or personal data. Information may be shared with infrastructure or service providers only as necessary to operate the requested service, maintain security, comply with law, or complete an authorized platform action.
7. Retention
Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the authorized service, security, audit, support, legal obligations, or dispute resolution. Retention periods may differ by data type and platform requirement.
8. User choices
Users may request access, correction, disconnection, revocation, or deletion. Users may also revoke TikTok authorization through TikTok's account settings when available.
9. Data deletion
Deletion instructions are published at https://raigence.ai/data-deletion/. A request may also be sent to [email protected].
10. Security
RAIgence.AI uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No system can guarantee complete security.
11. Children
The service is not directed to children under 13, and RAIgence.AI does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
12. International processing
Information may be processed in the United States or other locations where authorized service providers operate, subject to applicable requirements.
13. Changes
We may update this Policy. The current effective date and published version identify the applicable text.
