RAIgence Growth OS Data Deletion
A user may request disconnection of a third-party account and deletion of associated information processed by RAIgence Growth OS.
How to request deletion
- Email [email protected] with the subject “RAIgence Growth OS Data Deletion.”
- Identify the email address used with RAIgence Growth OS and the connected platform account to be disconnected.
- Do not send passwords, access tokens, refresh tokens, or government identification by email.
- RAIgence.AI may request limited information needed to verify the request and protect the account.
What happens next
RAIgence.AI will review the request, disconnect available platform authorization, delete or de-identify information that is no longer required, and retain only information that must be kept for security, audit, dispute resolution, or legal obligations.
Revoke TikTok authorization
A user may also revoke RAIgence Growth OS through TikTok's account authorization settings when available. Revocation stops future authorized access but may not automatically delete information already processed; use the deletion request above for deletion.
